Founded in 2002 in Montreal, Canada. JIDAR Consulting has developed an administration and management expertise that is rooted in deep understanding of the market. This expertise is supported by the corresponding skills of our partners – legal and technical – who are all leading practitioners in their respective areas and bring the complementary levels of professionalism to JIDAR Consulting experience.

Over the years, JJIDAR has developed a vast network of contacts, business people and investors alike. JIDAR’s first network of contacts was particularly developed in 2003 when its founder, Ghassan Fares expanded the business to emerging markets in the Middle East and the Gulf region to sell, develop and set-up a Canadian Café franchise concept among others.

Opportunities were seized in markets such as Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait while at the same time, expanding the business in Canada since its establishment until this date with the same enthusiasm and commitment to the customers and their success.

    Over the years, Ghassan expended business to emerging markets all around Montreal, other regions and middle east. He leads all business aspects, from innovative ideas, to mergers and acquisitions, to franchise development, to sales and rent. With over 28 years in the industry, he specializes in business growth and long-term vision for the company while at the same time rolling out tactic to conquer new markets.
